St. Joseph School-josephville

St. Joseph School is a Catholic Parish Elementary School set in semi-rural St. Charles County.
We are very proud of our long-standing traditions but have our eyes focused on the future.
Our new school, which is presently under construction, will be ready for the 2009-2010 school year.
Because we educate just over 100 students per year, we are able to offer a 17 to 1 student to teacher ratio.
We believe this gives the children a more personalized educational experience.
Aside from the Core curricular classes, St. Joseph also offers Spanish, Computer, Physical Education and Music to all grade levels.
Because we value the need to develop the whole child, many leadership and service opportunities are available to our students.
These include Student Council, Safety Patrol, the Buddy System as well as the 4H Club.
Our Catholic faith and tradition are central to all that we do here at St. Joseph's.
The children attend Mass daily and take part in the Sacraments regularly.
All are encouraged to volunteer their time and talents on an ongoing basis.
Come out and see us some time. If you listen closely you might even hear the children running to the sound of a clanging antique recess bell.
The mission of St. Joseph School is to nurture Gospel values in an environment of living faith and academic excellence according to the Catholic tradition.
